Heard Mr. Upadhyay, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Kankal, learned AGP for respondents-State and Ms Thipsay, learned Counsel for the respondent No.4. 3.

Mr. Upadhyay has tendered affidavit dated 11.12.2018 filed by the petitioner instructing him to withdraw the Petition, unconditionally after accepting the undertaking in the affidavit. The said affidavit is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Upadhyay states that petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of his election card, which is taken on 1/2

WP13091_18.doc record and marked 'Y' for identification. The petitioner confirms that he wishes to withdraw the Petition unconditionally. Mr. Upadhyay, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr.Upadhyay, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Undertaking given by the petitioner in the affidavit dated 11.12.2018 is accepted.
