In view of the subsequent development, a motion is made for withdrawal. Writ petition is withdrawn with liberty to apply before the Tahasildar for release of property i.e. vehicle in question. 2.

The learned APP for the State informed that the Tahasildar is already moved for the release of vehicle in his favour as the crime is registered against the Petitioner at the behest of the complaint lodged by the Tahasildar. V.A. Tikam 1/2
