Mrs. Deshmukh, the learned APP for the State, on instructions makes a statement that Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interests of Depositors Act, 1999 and concerned sections of the Information Technology Act, 2000 are added in C.R.No.262 of 2012 registered with Manikpur Police Station, Vasai and further investigation in the said C.R. will be carried out as per the provisions of Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by Economic Offences Wing, Thane Rural. Report dated 24.8.2015 to that effect is placed on record. Shivgan 1/2
