The notices were issued in this matter. All the respondents are served, but they are not responding. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Testamentary Suits are required to be lodged and decided by the High Court, but it is seem that the suit no.1185 of 2005, renumbered as 3552 of 2009 has been wrongly transferred to the City Civil Court at Bombay. Hence, the said suit is hereby re-transferred to this Court for trial and disposal in accordance with law. Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of. (RAVI K. DESHPANDE, J.)
