This is an application for temporary bail. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. My attention is invited to the order dated 07/12/2022. I had permitted the applicant to attend the ritual on 12/12/2022. The applicant did attend the ritual. Learned counsel for intervener makes a grievance that the applicant misused this facility and instead of simply attending the ritual, he went ahead with

25. ba 3174.22.doc holding the political meetings and giving interviews. Learned counsel submitted that no further indulgence be shown to the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant assures that the applicant would not misuse the indulgence which has been shown on humanitarian ground hereafter. A request is made that he be permitted to attend the ritual on 02/01/2023. 4.

Accepting the submission of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant will not misuse the indulgence, the applicant is permitted to attend the ritual on 02/01/2023 between 11.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on the same terms as stipulated in paragraph 4 of the order dated 07/12/2022. Learned APP submitted that the applicant otherwise abided by the directions.
