Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Basavraj G Patil 1/2

2309.13-caf the present Civil Application. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone 27 days delay in filing the above mentioned First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 23/12/2011 passed by the Adhoc Additional District Judge - 2, Pune in LAR No.134/2000.
