DATE : 19.01.2015 P.C.:- The only prayer made by the Petitioners is for a direction to the Respondents to consider the proposal for grant of approval to the appointments of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2.

Mrs. Bane, the learned AGP, states that if the proposals are submitted by the management on 28.08.2014 and 6.9.2014, the Education Officer would consider the same within a reasonable time. We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Respondent-the Education officer to decide the proposals dated 28.08.2014 and 6.9.2014 as early as possible and positively within a period of four months. Order accordingly. No costs.
