The applicant with counsel is present. APP appears for respondent no. 1. Respondent no.2 original complainant is present with her counsel. Respondent no. 2 has tendered an affidavit giving no objection for compounding the FIR in question. During the interrogation, it became clear that she is born on 23/03/2000 and is presently married. In the circumstances, accepting the joint request, we allow the Criminal Application. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
