This petition has been filed alleging that the fourth respondent is not considering the petitioner's application for vacating the stay granted on 23rd October 2017 (Exhibit 'D'). 2.

We find that the petitioners have approached the fourth respondent only on 2nd November 2017.

In the circumstances, with liberty to the petitioners to file an application for urgent hearing of the application for vacating the stay, and with a hope and trust that the said application will be appropriately considered and the petitioners' application for vacating the stay and/or hearing of the appeal finally will also be
