The petition is filed seeking directions to the Respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 29th November 2016. learned APP states that preliminary enquiry into the allegations made in the said complaint would be made and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law. She also states that whatever decision taken by the police would be communicated to the Petitioner. Statements accepted.

In view of the statements made by learned APP, Mr. Sarogi, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that grievance of the Petitioner, as raised in the writ petition, no more survives at this stage. In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the police to complete the aforesaid exercise as expeditiously as possible. [M. S.
