When this petition was called out today for admission, Ms Mhatre, learned APP appearing for the respondents, places on record a copy of order dated 7­12­2017 by which the order of detention of the detenu (husband of the petitioner) issued under the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974, stands revoked.

We take a copy of this order on record and mark it as "X" for identification. Consequently, a direction is issued to the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik where the detenu is detained, to release him from custody. Copy of that communication is also taken on record and marked "X­1" for identification.

Having confirmed this, Mrs. Ansari seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
