The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 59 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 and the Learned Counsel Mr. V. S. Tadake for the Respondent No.7 (wrongly mentioned as Respondent No.6 on the daily board) opposes the application, but ultimately leave it to this Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 59 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application accordingly is disposed of.
