The above Civil Application is taken out by the Applicant for the following reliefs :

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to modify its earlier order dated 8 th October, 2015 of appointment of Arbitrator Mr. S.M. Deshmukh retired Principle District and Sessions Judge, Pune and further be pleased to appoint new Arbitrator from the list of panel Arbitrator.

"

The parties have now agreed to refer their disputes to Mr. Vasant Sonawane, Advocate. The disclosure submitted by Mr. Vasant Sonawane, Advocate is taken on record. In view thereof, Mr. Vasant Sonawane, Advocate is appointed as the sole Arbitrator in place of Mr. S.M. Deshmukh, retired Principle District and Sessions Judge, Pune to decide all the disputes between the parties. 3.

The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
