This petition was filed challenging the rejection of the Petitioners' requisition to call for a special meeting for no-confidence motion against one of the directors of the Respondent- Society. The petition was filed in November 2017. We are informed that thereafter elections were held and the term of the elected body has also come to an end. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition. 2.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
