This Application is moved for restoration of Appeal from Order (St.) No. 14902 of 2013 which was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 21st October, 2013.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the order of dismissal was passed for non-removal of the Office Objections. He submitted that this was prior to notice. He further submitted that the applicants are ready to remove the office objections within two weeks. 3.

In view of this, the order dated 21st October, 2013 is recalled and the Appeal from Order is restored to its file. The delay of 386 days in filing the Application is condoned. Office objections is to be removed within three 1 / 3

weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed within three weeks, the Appeal will be dismissed without referring to the Court. 4.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
