After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial pertaining to C.R. No. 17 of 2017 registered with Anti Robbery Cell, DCB, CID, Mumbai and culminated into Sessions Case No. 607 of 2017 does not commence within a period of nine months from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
