ORDER:- 1] On hearing the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No.2 Committee to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner for grant of Caste Validity Certificate, which is stated to be pending since 22/11/2011. The Respondents to decide the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today. 2] This Court on 22/12/2014 ordered not to take any coercive steps for want of verification of Caste Validity Certificate in-question. In view of above, we are inclined to continue the same till disposal of 1/2

3] If any adverse orders are passed against the Petitioner, the interim order dated 22/12/2014 shall continue for four weeks thereafter.
