At the request of Mr. Haridas, Review Petition is taken up for admission. By this Petition under Section 114 r/w Order-XLVII, Rule-1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the petitioner has sought review of order dated 26th April, 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6247 of 2015. Mr. Haridas submitted that against the order dated 26th April, 2016, petitioner had preferred Special Leave Petition No. 13748 of 2016 in the Apex Court and by order dated 13th May, 2016, Special Leave Petition was dismissed. He has tendered photo copy of that order which is taken on record and marked 'X" for identification.

In view thereof, Mr. Haridas does not press the Review Petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. On the motion made by Mr. Haridas, Review Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
