Mr. R.M. Haridas i/b Amol P. Mhatre, for Applicant. .....

CORAM : R.G. KETKAR, J.

DATE :

8TH MARCH, 2018.

P.C.

Heard Mr. Haridas, learned Counsel for the applicant. None appears for respondents.

2.

Though reply is filed on behalf of respondent No.16, none appears on his behalf. Even otherwise, having regard to the fact that there is delay of 192 days as also for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out sufficient cause to condone the delay. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Delay in filing Review Petition is condoned. Order accordingly.
