Both the civil revision applications are dismissed as withdrawn. In sequel, all interim applications/civil applications are also disposed of.

Mr.Singh on instructions seeks three weeks time to vacate and handover the peaceful possession to the landlord. Three weeks time is granted to the applicant to vacate and handover the peaceful possession of the suit premises to the landlord, subject to filing of usual undertaking.
