The present Application is filed seeking restoration of First Appeal stamp No.32668 of 2022.

The Registrar Judicial-II of this Court by the conditional order directed to remove the objections the four weeks in case of failure to dismiss the matter. Thus the registration of the First Appeal was refused. The objection was in respect of limitation and since the Application for condonation of delay was not filed. Now the Applicant has filed Application seeking condonation of delay. In view of the same the Order Manoj

Office to register the delay condonation Application. The Applicant is at liberty to move the Application for condonation of the delay for the same is registered.
