The learned counsel for the applicants, upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw Criminal Bail Application Nos. 2666 of 2014 and 2667 of 2014. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. 2.

However, it is made clear that the applications have not been heard on merits and they were withdrawn at the threshold. Any further application may be decided on its own merits.
