The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.6 submits that by this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 24.11.2015 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune disqualifying the petitioner from holding the post of "Councillor" in Mangalvedha Council. He submits that the election are already completed and results are declared. Hence, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Sneha Chavan 1/2
