Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause of the application. Leave as prayed for, is granted. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.
The criminal application is filed for the following relief : "(a) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this application, this Hon'ble Court may allow the applicant to deposit amounts of Rs.15,34,00,134/-, Rs.11,71,242/- and Rs.66,77,015/- in the current account Nos. 204011027000, 590011009617 with ING Vysya Bank Ltd., M.G.Road, Bangalore and Gurgaon Branch and 3244600095 with State Bank of Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
Sr.No. 903 Appp 848.14 India, Kamananhali Branch, Bangalore - 560030 with same banks respectively for a fixed period as deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court."

Mr. Gharat, learned special counsel for the State, has no objection if the aforesaid amounts lying in the applicant's current accounts are invested in Fixed Deposit Receipts in the same banks. 4.
In the circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The amounts referred in the aforesaid prayer clause and lying in the the applicant's current accounts in the respective banks shall be invested in the Fixed Deposit Receipts initially for a period of six months with standing instructions to the said banks to renew the Fixed Deposit Receipts for the same period on its maturity, and continue to do so, unless ordered otherwise by this Court.

The above referred accounts are already frozen by Economic Offences Wing-3, Unit -XI, Crime Branch, Mumbai. The applicant, therefore, shall not withdraw the said amounts without prior permission of this Court.

In the light of the above order, the criminal application stands disposed of.
