Perused the order issuing contempt of notices. The contemnors have filed separate affidavits tendering unconditional apology. It is not in dispute that though belatedly, on 14th December 2015, the contemnors have handed over the possession of the premises in their possession on seventh floor to the representative of the Court Receiver and thereafter, the premises on the seventh floor have been demolished. 2.

We accept the unconditional apology tendered by the contemnors. Hence, in the peculiar facts of the case, the contempt notices are discharged. The petition is disposed of. (C.V. BHADANG, J) (A.S.OKA, J)
