P.C.:- The Applicant has sought cancellation of bail solely on the ground that the Respondents-accused had violated the terms of the bail order dated 09/10/2017, which requires them to appear before the Investigating Ofcer on every Saturday till fling of the charge sheet. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.4 states that the Respondents had fled application seeking relaxation of the said condition and that by order dated 13/12/2017 the learned Judge has allowed the said application and had thus relaxed the said condition. He has placed on record copy of the application and the order passed thereon. The same are taken on record. Since the condition to report 1/2

Megha 10_appln_666_2017.doc to the police station has been relaxed, there is no violation of terms and conditions of the bail order. Hence no grounds are made out for cancellation of bail.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that though the crime was registered in the year 2017, charge sheet is yet to be fled. Learned APP states that charge sheet is ready and the same will be fled within a period of one week.
