The petition is filed seeking direction to Respondent No. 1 to grant permission / recognition to the Petitioner for GNM course with intake capacity of 20 students for the academic year 2013-14. The affiliation to the Petitioner is rejected by Respondent No.1 in view of the deficiency noted down in the Inspection Report dated 16-17th September 2014. The Petitioner is disputing this report. Since new academic year 2016-17 has already commenced, we are unable to grant any relief in this writ petition with respect to permission / recognition for the academic year 2013-14. Hence, writ petition is dismissed.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1 submitted that in the event the Petitioner makes fresh application patilsr 1 / 2
