Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Shelar, Assistant Police Inspector, Mankhurd Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, the corpus i.e. Ms. Sumayya has been traced out at Turbhe, Navi Mumabi on 28th January, 2023. The custody of said Ms. Sumayya has been handed over to Petitioner on 28th January, 2023 itself. She on instructions further submitted that, Petitioner and Ms. Sumayya is present in the Court. 2.

In view thereof, present Petition for habeas corpus does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
