By this Interim Application, the extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator by period of six months has been sought. 1/2

In view of the consent of Counsel for parties, the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator Dr Mrs. Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi (Retired Judge of this Court), appointed by order dated 24th July, 2019 passed in Arbitration Petition (St.) No.34147 of 2018, is extended by period of six months from today.
