The Application No.1840 of 2018 is filed for direction to release the passport of the Applicant for its renewal and upon renewal of the same for depositing it back to the Registrar, City Civil and Session Court, Mumbai.

By order dated 12th October 2018 this Court had granted permission to the Applicant to make an application for renewal of his

As the passport of the Applicant is in the custody of the Registrar, City Civil and Session Court at Mumbai, the Applicant is unable to file application for renewal of passport. In view thereof the Registrar, City Civil and Session Court Mumbai, is hereby directed to release the passport No.R-8666021 to the Applicant. The Applicant is directed to deposit the passport with the Registrar, City Civil and Session Court Mumbai, after its due renewal. Application is allowed in the aforesaid circumstances.
