This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the Second Appeal challenging the Judgment and Order of the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Authority dated 8th August 2018. The delay is of 12 days in filing the Second Appeal. The learned counsel for the respondents vehemently objects on the ground that his interest would be frustrated. However, taking into consideration the contentions raised in Paragraph Nos. 2 and 3, the application seeking condonation of delay, deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of.
