By this Civil Application, the third party is seeking intervention in the present Writ Petition No.13025/2016. 3.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that they have no objection if the application is allowed and the applicant is joined as a respondent in the Writ Petition. 1 / 2

Considering these facts, by consent of both the parties, the following order is passed :
i. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus :
"(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to intervene in the present Writ Petition and further that the Applicant be impleaded as a party Respondent to the present writ petition;" ii. The petitioner is directed to carry out amendment in Writ Petition No.13025/2016 on or before 07.02.2020. iii. After carrying out amendment, the petitioner is directed to serve amended copy of Writ Petition No.13025/2016 on all the respondents by private notice along with entire proceedings and shall file affidavit of service to that effect on or before 21.2.2020.
iv. Writ Petition No.13025/2016 to appear on board for direction on 06.03.2020.
v. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. vi. No order as to costs.
