The application is pressed on the ground of parity. 2.

The applicant alongwith the two other accused came to be arrested under the Crime No.381/2017 registered with Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 376, 376(2)(I), 504 r/w.34 of I.P.C. 3.

The main allegations are against the Accused No.1 Mr. Umesh Gopalkar. The role attributed to the present applicant is identical with the role attributed to Mr. Roshan R. Patole, whose Criminal Appeal No.905 of 2017 has been allowed by this Court. AGP
