This is an application for modification of the condition imposed by this court by its order dated 16.11.2015 in Criminal Application NO.1348/2015. While releasing the applicant on bail, this court has directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is unable to get the solvent surety in the like amount. Taking into consideration the bail order granted by this court is dated 16.11.2015 and as the applicant is unable to get any surety of the bail amount, I am inclined to modify the

ORDER

The condition No.(a) in order dated 16.11.2015 is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish one or two solvent sureties in the like amount instead of one solvent surety.

b) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
