This Court has granted interim protection to this Applicant on 13th July, 2023. Attendance was also given. 3.

Today's circulation is granted on the Praecipe moved by the First Informant. She has 6led her intervention application. Her intervention application is allowed and disposed of.

The 6rst agreement for property is with Accused No.1. There is a second agreement with Accused No.2present Applicant and it is disputed by the present Applicant.

Learned Advocate for the First Informant submitted that after loding the FIR, the Applicant issued a cheque of Rs.2,00,000/- and it was dishonored. There is one more cheque of Rs.50,000/- and the original is with the police.

Let learned Advocate for the Applicant to take instruction on this aspect. It is clear that the Applicant 2/3

was ex-corporator of Bhiwandi and Nizampura. Let Applicant to remain present in the Court on the next date.
