The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6 has pointed out that nothing survives in this petition as the prayer so made by the petitioner has been taken note of. Ultimately Reserve Bank of India has already decided the representation and accordingly recorded in Para 25 of the affidavit dated 16.2. 2015.

In view of this, we see no reason to interfere as no case is made out to continue the proceedings. Petition is accordingly disposed off. No costs.
