It is undisputed that the stall in respect of which the relief is claimed is situated at `Nagda' in the State of Madhya Pradesh. In the reply filed by the respondent, the first objection is to the jurisdiction of this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are the Authorities who have issued licenses and, therefore, this Court should entertain this petition.

As the stall in question is situated in the State of Madhya Pradesh, we decline to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, this order will not prevent the petitioner from filing a fresh petition before the appropriate High Court.
