At the outset, as soon as the matter was called out, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court, in view of the judgment of the Delhi High Court in the case of Iqbal Singh vs. State dated 31st July 2020.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
