After arguing the matter for considerable length of time and on showing disinclination to grant any relief as prayed for, the learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the application.

Permission granted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the applicant, however, invited my attention to the fact that the applicant remained incarcerated since 2018 and to be precise, from 1st May, 2018. Though a period of three years has expired, no charge is framed. The learned APP states that now the matter is fxed before the Sessions Court for framing of charge on 18th June, 2021. On the said date, it is expected that the trial court would frame the charge and if for some reason, it is unable to do so, it shall M.M.Salgaonkar
