Learned counsel for the Applicants states that this Application was filed when the charge-sheet was yet to be filed. During pendency of this Application, now the charge-sheet is filed and the Applicants seek to exhaust their remedy to make a fresh application before the learned Magistrate for the relief which was earlier claimed before filing of the charge-sheet. She seeks withdrawal of this Application with liberty to make an appropriate fresh Deshmane(PS)

Considering these submissions, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicants to prefer an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate concerning the present subject matter.
