Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks extension of time to comply with the order dated 05.12.2016 i.e.

publication of notice in newspaper and file an Affidavit of service.

It is to be noted that this court (Coram :

G. S. Kulkarni, J.) directed the Petitioner to serve the Respondent by substituted service and file an Affidavit of service within two weeks. Thereafter, this court, by order dated 11.09.2017 had granted time to the Petitioner to comply with the said order. Again on 22.03.2019, time was granted till 30.04.2019 to do so. Today again, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks extension of time.

14.24.16-cp.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner the following order is passed:

a.

Liberty granted to the Petitioner to comply with the order dated 05.12.2016 on or before 29.06.2019 and file an Affidavit of service to that effect.

b.

The Petitioner to pay costs of Rs.5000/-.

c.

Costs shall be paid to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay, and place a receipt thereof on record, on or before 07.06.2019, failing which the Contempt Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d.

S.O. to 05.07.2019, for directions.
