By this civil application the applicant seeks amendment of the writ petition. The writ petition is not yet admitted. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2, who are contesting parties, do not accept the allegations made in the amendment application. The statement is accepted.

Since the writ petition is not yet admitted and since the applicant seeks to bring additional facts on record, the application for amendment is allowed.
