Order dated 6/2/2018 rejecting the furlough leave and appellate order dated 20/6/2018 are questioned by the prisoner. In the meanwhile, prisoner has been transferred to open prison. 2.

The perspective of examination of his entitlement therefore, may undergo some change as his furlough leave was of the year 2018.

Hence, keeping the contentions open, we dispose of the present petition as infructuous.
