Mr. Punde submits that petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of his Aadhar Card, which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. He has also invited my attention to the praecipe dated 19.10.2018, which is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification. In the praecipe, it is stated that petitioner does not intend to prosecute the challenge to the order granting interim maintenance to the respondent wife. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. The petitioner also confirms the said fact.
