This Court by order dated 10 December 2020 in Criminal Bail Application No.3291 of 2019 allowed the application of the present applicant for bail, on a condition that,- "(d) He shall not enter the jurisdiction of Taluka Junnar, District Pune till completion of trial."

The learned APP submits that the trial is still at the stage of framing of charge.

For the reasons stated in the application and as the trial is still at the stage of framing of charge, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence the following order is passed : Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2

920-IA-4350-2022.odt (i) Interim application is allowed. The condition that applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Taluka Junnar till conclusion of trial is hereby relaxed.
