1] This petition is filed by the Petitioner for following relief; "By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, petitioner is seeking directions to the Respondent No.1 to register the F.I.R. and file offence u/s.420 and 406 of IPC against the Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5".

2] Mrs.Pai, learned APP, on instructions, states that CR No.249 of 2016 is registered against Respondent No.2 for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 464, 465, 468 and 471 1/2
