This is an application for permission to travel to France and Portugal between 21.12.2022 to 3.1.2023. 2.
The respondent No.1 has filed its reply opposing grant of relief.

The applicant'
s appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No.1376/2012 is pending for final disposal. Recently he was granted permission to travel abroad vide order dated 20.9.2022 in Interim Application No.2945/2022 in Criminal PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date: 2022.12.13 12:12:43 +0530 PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Deshmane(PS)

Appeal No.1376/2012. He was permitted to travel to Europe between 20.10.2022 to 8.11.2022. The applicant had accordingly traveled abroad and has returned to India. In the past, on two occasions he was similarly permitted by different orders passed in Criminal Application No.1156/2019 and Criminal Application No.617/2015. Thus, the history shows that the applicant has not misused the liberty granted to him. Therefore, even this application can be allowed.

Even this time, he can be permitted to travel abroad. Hence, the following order :
:: O R D E R ::
I. The applicant is permitted to travel to France and Portugal between 21.12.2022 to 3.1.2023 on the following conditions which were also incorporated in the order dated 20.9.2022.
(i) The applicant shall execute a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- as and by way of additional security.

(ii) The applicant shall give at least 48 hours previous notice, in writing, to the Investigating Officer regarding his travel details such as flight number, ticket number, Visa particulars etc.
(iii) The applicant shall also give to the Investigating Officer, in writing, his address/addresses and contact telephone numbers where he would be available for communication.
(iv) The applicant shall return to India on or before 4.1.2023 and shall report this fact to the Investigating Officer.
