Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the Respondents. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, amendment deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
