This Civil Application has been placed before us for consideration of the prayer clause (c).

It is stated that the Writ Petition is already amended. There was an ad-interim order passed by this Court on 9th December, 2015 on this Civil Application. A reply affidavit has been filed to this Civil Application in which Aswale 1/2

906.CAW.3226.15 in answer to the Court's two queries, as far as the first query is concerned, it is stated that the Respondent has not taken any action against the Petitioner / Applicant for demotion from the post of Supervisor. We accept this statement as an undertaking to this Court and direct that no such demotion shall be effected during the pendency of the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is already admitted. The other grievance of the Petitioner with regard to the placement in the seniority list would have to be decided at the hearing of the Writ Petition. The present placement in the seniority list would, therefore, be subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition. The Civil Application is disposed off.
