These two applications are filed by the appellant No.1 and appellant No.2 respectively through jail. In the applications, they have stated that they do not want to continue services of the advocate who has preferred appeal. It is stated that the advocate is out of India and that they want to appoint Shri Marwadi, learned counsel. Shri Marwadi states that he has already received Vakalatnama signed by both the applicants. Hence the applications are disposed of by granting discharge to Shri Harshwardhan Akolkar who is appearing for the appellants in the appeal. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to accept the Vakalatnama of another advocate. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) (A.S.OKA, J.)
